It’s been a jam-packed year! We celebrated some major milestones in 2022

• 3rd annual StagerCon with a brand new format that focuses on where you currently are in your staging business journey

• We celebrated more amazing home stagers in the 3rd annual International Home Staging Awards

  • Our finalists, award winners and jury members consist of 14 out of the Top 30 Home Stagers Driving the Industry Forward in 2023 by Fixer.com

  • Not to mention all the amazing press they’ve received through Apartment Therapy!

• Our first round of the Professional Home Stagers Certification Program finished in the fall

• And we held our very first international retreat for home stagers in Italy! ✨

Our 2022 Report Card by Spotify Podcasts #spotifywrapped

When I first started the podcast in 2015, I was still staging and I simply wanted to create a tool for my home sellers and agents. Through the comments and feedback, I realized that I could make a far wider impact than just staging in the San Francisco Bay Area. That was the catalyst ✨ of turning Staged4more from a home staging service company to an international school of home staging.

Fast forward to 7 years later, we now have 167 public episodes (we did retire a few). After seeing today’s @spotifypodcasts #spotfiywrapped, my mind is officially BLOWN. Because podcasting is such a solitary experience. I am often in the room by myself recording, even though there is someone being interviewed on my laptop. Then I send off the files to get edited.

So it feels like I am by myself doing this thing in the dark. And honestly as a secret introvert, podcast feels more freeing for me than being on live. (Even though I enjoy seeing you live!)

I also never listen to my own podcasts and I only occasionally look at reviews. This is why even though I know it sounds incredibly silly, I still think no one listens to my podcasts It is completely and absolutely WILD and AMAZING to see the stats from Spotify today.
