Hi there! Thank you for expressing interest of contributing our blog. We do receive requests for submissions almost daily, so here is a handy guide for you.

**Please make sure you’ve read the guideline below before you submit anything. 
We *only* take submissions through the application below.
We do not accept guest posts via emails. 


It’s really important for us to continue to provide relevant, original and practical content for our readers.
We’re only looking for posts with unique content on the following topics:

  • Home staging

  • How to sell a home

  • Curb Appeal

  • Current home selling trends

  • Staged home tours / house tours

  • Business advices for running a home staging business

  • Home improvements (*only if it pertains to selling the home)


  • We want writers who can communicate /teach ideas clearly with a strong point of view.

  • Correct grammar and spelling are required.

  • ALL images used must be either stock photos, original content, or images that the original creators have given permissions for sharing on our blog. *When you submit the images, please include the link to the image.

  • Each post must have clear takeaways for the readers

  • The content must be unique, original, written for our blog

  • Each blog posts can include 1-2 links. Any links provided will be a no-follow link, unless you are a regular contributor.

  • Staged4more retains the copyright of every post published on our sites. If approved, you cannot republish your work elsewhere.

  • The content needs to be original. As in, never before published anywhere else. Once the article is published on, you cannot publish it elsewhere.

  • Your content cannot violate any copyright laws.

  • A 1-2 line contributor’s bio is not required, but it is encouraged.

    1. Please note that we reserve the right to edit and/or distribute the content based on how we see fit. This means we may remove links that are not suitable for our blog, add photos to the article, etc. If the writing style or content is not a great fit, we will reject the content.

    2. Please include your bio for the byline.

    3. Please do not add HTML tags or bold anything. We need the text only, we will add styling elements like header, etc. ourselves.

  4. ***Once we had received your content, that doesn't mean we can review it immediately. We receive contribution requests almost daily. Please do not email us to follow up.

  5. Once we've decided, you will receive an email. Once your article is scheduled, we will send you a notification with your live link.


Sponsored posts follow the same contribution guidelines.
