It’s safe to say I’m obsessed with home stager Alice Decker of Decker8 Designs. As a winner of this year’s International Home Staging Awards in the New Construction category, Alice comes into this conversation with a unique point of view and an eye for detail, having worked in photography, real estate, and interior architecture in the past.
Her journey into home staging wasn’t perfectly linear and she’s generous in sharing her story of how she got to where she is today, from mentoring under HGTV star Tera Hampton, to working with builders and establishing strong relationships with realtors. Alice’s upscale and welcoming designs have left a lasting impression on buyers.
