Hey there!
Founder of Staged4more.
It has been an amazing journey and I am very proud of what we’ve accomplished as an education company in the past few years. It has been quite a ride!
I started the staging business when I was 25 and working out of my parents’ garage. In 2009, we moved into a commercial warehouse and expanded the warehouse to 5,800 square feet by adding a mezzanine. In 2017, we liquidated our warehouse and made the full transition to a online international school of home staging. During this 16 years, there were definitely a lot of self-doubt, shame, blood, sweat and tears.
I’ve basically grown up with my business, and I am incredibly grateful for all the lessons and people along the way.
This year, I am focusing on keep building out a strong foundation for the school. We are working on developing more community events, in-person retreats, better student experiences.
We will also be opening the school up by inviting talented stagers to teach with us. There will be a series of workshops in the spring, which we will announce later next month. If you are interested in teaching with us, fill out our teacher survey here.
We’ve done some amazing things over the past few years, like The Home Staging Show podcast. It is the longest running podcast dedicated to all things home staging on iTunes and has been lucky enough to be the Top 200 Apple Podcasts in the Careers category in several countries.
We also did some stuff that had never been done in the staging industry before, like
✅ StagerCon, the first online, international and free conference for home stagers.
✅ The International Home Staging Awards, which we will open the Early Bird Submission next month. We’ve gotten winners from US, UK, Italy, Thailand, Australia, which is super exciting to see!
✅ We also launched a 10-month Home Staging Professional Certification Program last year, which had never been done in the industry before.
I am so grateful for everything and everyone in our community. For those of you who listen to the podcast, those of you who follow us on Instagram, or hanging out with us in our free online community lounge, or those of you who show up live at the free community talks, Instagram lives, commenting on the blogs… And especially those of you who believe in us and invest in your staging education with us. I really cannot say THANK YOU enough!
We will have a little something something tomorrow, so keep your eyes open for the announcement ❤️
