Staging Your Spare Bedrooms | Day 22 of 30-Day Home Staging Challenge
On today’s show, we are going to talk about preparing and staging your spare bedrooms, so like your second and third bedrooms. Unlike the master bedroom, where the feelings will be a little bit more formal, the second and the third bedrooms are usually guest rooms, home office or kids’ bedroom. So you can be a little bit more informal. I also want to give you a little heads up for the upcoming week. So today, we are going to talk about the second and the third bedrooms.
Tomorrow, we will discuss specialty rooms, which are the more unusual rooms in the house or rooms that have specialized functions, like a wine cellar, a sun room, a craft room, attic, that kind of thing. Most of you, probably will not have any specialty rooms in your house, so it will be a catch-up day for you. On Wednesday, we will talk about closets and laundry room. On Thursday, we will focus on the garage. On Friday, I’m going to go over some recommendations and some styling tips for home staging. And this weekend, will be your home staging weekend. And then next week, we will cover the final check, the photography and the open house.
On today’s show, we are going to talk about
- Staging the second and third bedrooms
- Staging ideas for you
