Gina's Official Bio

Gina Piper, a lifelong resident of Pleasanton, has proudly served the Tri-Valley community for more than 20 years as a leading realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Realty (formerly Prudential California Realty). Having grown up in a ‘real estate family,’ she was intimately familiar with the ins and outs of the market at a young age, and it was a natural decision for her to continue in her family’s footsteps.

Since 2003, Gina’s been ranked in the top 1% of realtors in the nation. Her numerous accomplishments include receiving Pleasanton’s vote as the area’s ‘Best Realtor’ for the last six years. A strong advocate of supporting her industry, she’s held several roles in local elected offices, including President of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Her professional affiliations include Bay East Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Gina is renowned for her love and support of the Pleasanton community, and is an active member and president-elect of the Pleasanton North Rotary Club. Previously, Gina served a term as a Planning Commissioner and was also a member of the city’s Economic Vitality Committee.

As a member of the board of directors of the Valley Humane Society, Gina is committed to promoting awareness and support of the organization’s mission to save and improve the lives of Tri-Valley companion animals.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from Cal Poly State University. In her free time, she practices yoga and enjoys taking long walks with her husband and two beloved dogs, Kodi and Frankie.
