Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of the Home Staging Show. 

Just a few updates on what’s happening in the Staged4more land. So, you may have noticed that this season, the publishing schedule for the episodes are a bit irregular. It mostly has to do with the post-production of the episodes. Editing took a bit longer than I originally anticipated. We also had a few guests who had to reschedule last minute so we had to wait for the reschedule to record new episodes. I am also in the process of hiring a podcast editor for the sound. I know that was one of the big criticism from last season where basically there were no edits at all because I was in graduate school full time. So I am working on improving the podcasts, so please bare with me for a little bit while we try to sort everything out.

Today, I have Kate from Simple Pin Media with us to talk about leveraging Pinterest for our businesses. I know our first five episodes of this season really focused on building a home staging business. For the next few episodes, we are going to shift the focus for a bit and focusing on the upcoming sales season. As you are probably starting to experience, the market is getting busier. 

Kate Ahl is the founder and owner of Simple Pin Media, a Pinterest management company helping businesses increase their reach on Pinterest. She also hosts the weekly Simple Pin podcast teaching you how to DIY your Pinterest marketing. I really enjoyed interviewing Kate, who is also a fellow podcaster. She has a really great way of breaking down Pinterest marketing, with lots of actionable steps. I think Pinterest is a marketing tool that has been under-utilized. A lot of people are mostly focusing on Instagram and Facebook. But I think stagers and real estate agents especially, can actually benefit from marketing on Pinterest.
